Biography

Born in 1995 in Madrid, Jesús received his master degree in physics at the 'Universidad de Murcia' in 2018 participating in the Erasmus program during one year at the 'Université de Montpellier'. Later he did a Master's degree in Physics of Complex Systems at the IFISC (Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex) in Palma de Mallorca. There, he did the Master's Thesis under the direction of Professor Miguel C. Soriano in reservoir computig. In September 2019, Jesús joined the OPERA-Photonics group at ULB where he is now a PhD student working in the field of nonlinear optics under the supervision of Professor Simon-Pierre Gorza and François Leo. His research focus on pattern formation and complex dynamics in coupled resonators.
